In a strategic partnership with Google, we offer client-side encryption for your data in Google Workspace apps such as Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Meet.
Client-side encryption means that files and data are encrypted on the user’s machine with encryption keys before uploading them to the Google Workspace servers. Therefore, even Google can’t decipher the content of the data that you store in Google Workspace. Users may interact with sensitive data (even for highly sensitive data) as usual when using Google Workspace. Encryption and key management happen transparently to the user, allowing you to protect your data without burdening your staff.
With our Workspace Key Manager, your company has direct and full control over encryption keys used to encrypt your data, even when it’s hosted on Google Workspace. You’re free to choose where encryption keys are stored. We can run the app for you as a cloud SAAS or you can run it on-prem in a public cloud VPS.
