Announcing a Closer Partnership With Google on Workspace CSE
In a significant step towards enhancing data security and privacy in the digital landscape, FlowCrypt is thrilled to announce a closer partnership with Google on Google Workspace CSE. This collaboration is set to bring FlowCrypt Workspace Key Manager (WKM) closer to the Google customers for client-side encryption.
FlowCrypt’s commitment to data security and user privacy is further demonstrated through this collaboration with Google. By integrating our Workspace Key Manager into Google Workspace CSE offerings, customers can look forward to a seamless and enhanced encryption solution directly within their familiar Google Workspace environment.
Building our business with Google
As part of our collaboration with Google, we’re teaming up with resellers who offer Google Workspace subscriptions along with supplementary features. These resellers play a pivotal role in making your workspace more efficient, and Google is fully committed to supporting them. Specifically, we’re thrilled to share that Google and FlowCrypt will be providing customers with bundled offerings for Workspace CSE. We believe that this partnership will bring about a more seamless, integrated and secure Workspace experience for all, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact it will have on your daily operations.
To deliver the best possible solutions, we’ll be working on integrating new Google CSE functionality into our FlowCrypt WKM services. Our goal is to ensure that when Google releases these new features to the public, our platform will be fully prepared and ready to support them, providing a smooth and uninterrupted experience. Additionally, we’re not just stopping at integration; we are equally excited to promote Google CSE to our valued customers in conjunction with FlowCrypt WKM.
Stay tuned for more exciting developments on this evolving partnership as we continue to enhance our collaboration with Google.
What’s new since the previous blog post
When we began developing our own client-side encryption solution for Google Workspace, it was only available for Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. As planned, Google recently has updated the list of services that can benefit from client-side encryption, and now this opportunity is also available for Gmail, Calendar, and Meet users.
Future plans
FlowCrypt is currently working on SAAS option for running Workspace Key Manager. It will make setup process much easier, as we will run FlowCrypt WKM for customers, so you won’t need to spend time configuring web server. Also our SAAS option will support efficient scaling for improved handling of large number of users.
