This guide covers how to send an encrypted email with an attachment to another FlowCrypt user. The process is similar to sending any encrypted message, with the addition of attaching your file before sending.
1. Open https://mail.google.com in the same browser where FlowCrypt is installed. Make sure you’re logged into the same email account you used to set up FlowCrypt:
2. Click Secure Compose to open a green encrypted compose window:
3. Enter your recipient’s email address, subject, and message content:
4. Click the paperclip icon to attach a file. You may also drag a file directly into the compose window:
5. Select the file you want to attach and click Open:
6. Once the file appears in the compose window, click Encrypt and Send to deliver your encrypted email with the attachment:
